What's New at Ideal Party Rentals

Fuel prices for regular gas are now $ 1.27 /L at most stations in Calgary.  At some places, diesel is posted at $ 1.29 per litre.  Barrel of oil closed at almost $120 USD yesterday. What are we in for with the summer months approaching?

Update on Delivery-Pickup fee
Due to the huge increase in fuel costs ($ 1.22 per litre) as of today our minimum fee for delivery will start @ $ 50. each way.  One year ago it was approx $ 0.65 per litre. - Ouch!

(January 2008) Ideal Tent Rentals has been named as an official supplier to the Global Petroleum Show in Calgary taking place June 10-12 at the Stampede Grounds.

(May-June 2007) The city of Calgary Fire Marshall now requires small pop-up tents meet CAN/ULC-S109-M & National Fire Prevention Act, NFPA-701 fire codes for fabric.  If you rent or buy a tent from Ideal Rentals all of our inventory complies.

(April 2007) Inquire about our 10x10 Caravan canopy sales and rentals.10x10 Canopy Tents We rent them and sell them if you're looking for something fast and easy to setup in your backyard, for a baseball team or on the back deck of your house.  They are about the size of a golf bag when folded down and setup in about five minutes for two people.

(Feb 2007) We've added another quick guide seating chart.  This is handy to see how many people can fit in a certain size of tent.

(January 2007) We have moved our office location to 840 26 Ave. SE which is located 3 blocks west of the  Crossroads market.  The actual building is on the corner of 26th Ave. & Dartmouth Road SE (right beside the train tracks) so all customer pickups and returns should now be for the new address.  Contact info for phones and fax remains the same.   Here is a google map to our new location.

(June 2006) We've added some folding stage on wheels that are 8" high and 6'x8' in size.  These are great for quick setup drum risers or rolling stage for a guest speaker to use.  They're a bit heavy though so were trying them out for now to see how customers like them. $ 65.00 each

(February 2006) We've added some new inventory for pipe & drape and display shows.  The price-list has been updated which you can check on-line or download to your computer.

(January 2006) Ideal Tent Rentals has been named an official tent contractor for the Global Petroleum Show held June 13-15, 2006 at Stampede Park.  This show is one of the biggest in the world held every two years in Calgary.

(March 2005) We've added some new bar stools that have chrome legs and black seats along with BBQ's and griddles for the summer party season.  Check the price list for rates.

(January 2004)  Ideal Tent Rentals has been named an official tent supplier for the Global Petroleum Show in Calgary that takes place in June of 2004.

One of the most popular items we've added recently to our inventory is patio heaters made by Zubri.  They are great for customer pickup and return because they are compact and have their own hard shell case for easy transport.  They create a 10 ft. circle of radiant heat for chilly evenings.

We've added more 10'x10' Caravan Canopies to our rental stock which have been very popular with people who want something quick and easy for their back yard party or wedding ceremony shelter.  These are great for customer pickup because they are small enough to fit in a normal sized car and can be setup by two people in about five minutes.  When folded down they are about the size of a large golf bag but a bit taller.
